What to do

This page tells you what to do in Warframe when you finish the tutorial and explains stuff, that you don't know when starting Warframe.

Complete Starchart and quests

You might get overwhelmed by the amount of stuff to do in Warframe. It is a big game but try to take it slow and enjoy the game. My advice is to focus on clearing the Starchart and do the quests. By unlocking planets, you can get more/new resources, that you couldn't get on the previous planet, get new mods from new enemies, that you couldn't fight and unlocking the nodes.

Warframe has a very friendly community. If you are struggling with a mission, you can always ask for help in the chat and get carried.

Rank up

The more you clear on the starchrat, the harder every mission will get. Every Weapon and Warframes have a Mastery Rank Requirement (MR Requirement), so if a weapons or frames MR Requirement is higher than your MR, then you can’t use it (this does not apply for Kuva/Tenet weapons). Build weapons/Warframes and rank them up to increase your MR.

Join a clan

A clan offers you researches: weapons, Warframes and items, that you can't get anywhere besides the clan. On top of getting stuff, that you can't buy in market or get in missions, you get to meet new people and might make new friends.

Platinum

Platinum is an in-game currency, that you will need to purchase slots for Warframes, weapons, loadouts etc. Unlike Credits, which you can get from enemies and rewards, Platinum cannot be acquired through any in-game source (rewards, enemies, caches etc.)

You can only get it, by buying it with real money on the official Warframe website or through trading. If you never bought something with Platinum, never buy stuff from Darvo or market (unless your rich and too lazy to farm stuff)

Also, you can get a discount coupon from daily logins (ONLY FOR PC), that you can use when buying Platinum.

Do researches

Do some research before you start farming resources for stuff. You can find out, which resources you can get and which you can't, how much you need of it and where you need to farm them. Doing so will let you know, what you need to unlock, where you need to farm and you might find new and more powerful stuff.

Fashionframe

In Warframe you can customize the look of your Warframe and it is called “Fashion Frame”. When you play online, you might be wondering, what Warframe this player has but it turns out, that it's just a pink Rhino. Sometimes, during holidays, there are free colour pallets which you can buy from the market. Fashion frame is very important and even considered endgame, because it makes your Warframe look intimidating.

Here are some of my Fashionframes
